What we do

Pathway for Community Development and Empowerment Initiative (PCDEI)

is a non-profit dedicated to strengthening communities through healthcare, education, and economic empowerment. We prioritize immunization and preventive health services, alongside programs that foster women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and sustainable livelihoods. By building inclusive pathways and forging strong partnerships, PCDEI delivers innovative solutions that uplift vulnerable populations and promote long-term community resilience

We Fund

We are in search of opportunities to help as many youth as possible. We approach and fund all those who are in need.

We Provide Care

Today’s youth need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them like our own.

We run small-scale schools for the underprivileged children and youth of daily wage workers for a better future.

We run organizations where we employ youngsters so they can live their dreams for themselves and their families.

Our Impact

PCDEI focuses on three core pillars: healthcare, education, and economic empowerment.

We champion healthcare access and preventive services, with a strong emphasis on immunization programs that protect vulnerable populations, especially children and women, from preventable diseases. Alongside healthcare, we drive educational initiatives, capacity building, and vocational skills training to equip individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive. Our programs also prioritize women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and community-driven development, ensuring that no group is left behind. By fostering partnerships with local stakeholders, government bodies, and international organizations, PCDEI creates impactful and sustainable solutions that address pressing community needs.
